PASTA documentation
===================
Here we present PASTA (PAthway-oriented Spatial gene impuTAtaion), 
which is a tool to to imputate pathway expression for a spatial transcriptomic 
(ST) dataset referring to a single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) dataset.
